Process of silk screen printing glass:
Traditionally, the process was called screen printing or silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process. It is also known as serigraphy, and serigraph printing. Currently, synthetic threads are commonly used in the screen printing process. The most popular mesh in general use is made of polyester.
Temperature of silk screen printing glass:
High temperature and low temperature printing is the most advanced and multipurpose glass printing method. This is perfect for auto motive, marine, interior-design, and exterior architectural glass, artwork, and appliances. The unique image processing software and digital ceramic inks make our printing effect go far beyond the limitations. It’s different from UV printing process; the color printed by UV can be brighter, but fade over time and can’t be tempered. The glass printing ink of digital ceramic printing and silk-screen printing from Feihong Glass is high temperature ink, after being tempered; they will be stored for a long time without fading. It provides products of better flexibility, more speed, and high quality.

A: Yes, we can provide the glass for you verify the quality if you would like to undertake the freight cost.
2. Q: What's the cut hole effect?
A: It depends on different thickness and for thick glass; we usually use water jet + CNC.
For thin glass, we use CNC for cut hole to make sure no breakage chips exist from hole edge.
3.Q: Is irregular shape glass available?
A: No problem because we will use shape cutting machine + CNC to make sure about the quality.
4.Q: How's the silk print effect?
A: GL received lots of praise in silk print quality base on import paints + auto silk print machine + dust free room
